What does it mean to be a Barbell Bombshell?
Being a #BarbellBombshell means we live outside of the box. We blur the lines. We break and rewrite the rules.
We do not choose between being strong and feminine. We are both powerful and graceful in and outside of the gym.
We do not separate our love of fashion, food, mascara and barbells.
We choose to be inspired by each other; jealousy is an ugly trait. We celebrate our differences and uniqueness.
#BarbellBombshells are not a certain shape, fitness level or body fat percentage... we're women who value ourselves.
We're single, married, mothers, sisters, CEOs, students and stay-at-home moms.
We work hard to have a fantastic ass AND optimize our health. We're in charge of our own happiness and self worth.
#BarbellBombshells are committed to revealing the best version of ourselves. We respect our bodies and minds.
We're turning the status quo of the women's fitness industry on it's head.
It's time we cut the shit and stop preying on women's insecurities to sell gimmicky product, supplements and workout programs.
